  Over charge without explanation
  
  Charged me over $1000 for an alternator replacement.
  
  Called the same RAC for quote, the guy quoted me $690
  
  I ask why there is so much different, they said this is ten different between quote and the actual work.
  
  Called other mechanical workshop the same work only cost around $650 maximum
  
  Very Becareful, if you had breakdown and car is towed to RAC workshop they can overcharge you for everything.
  
  If you want to change workshop, they will also charge you $100 for relocation
